I have known a few of them before,
They are whom I am writing for.
They share with us their time,
These words make sense when they rhyme.
Volunteers are the ones, who make things happen you see,
They are compassionate, unselfish, and their spirits are free.
Volunteers are pillars that are strong in their own way,
They do whatever it takes, to get the job done, come what may.
